Here are a few of our frequently asked questions.
1. When am I billed?
You will be billed on the day of your subscription and exactly one month, each month from that date.
2. Is there a subscription length/contract?
No, there are no contracts to sign. You can cancel at any time after receiving your first box.
3. When will I receive my box?
You will receive your first box 1-3 days after signing up (this will be your first bill). You will then be billed exactly one month, each month from that date receiving a box 1-3 days prior.
4. Can I choose my scents?
The subscription boxes are designed to make things easier for you. Simply subscribe and let the goodies keep coming. Each months scents are hand selected by The Wood House Boys, a different theme each month.
5. Can I pause my subscription box?
Definitely! You can skip a month or pause your subscription completely. Just drop us an email and let us know, email@example.com.
6. How do I cancel my subscription.
Easy! All you need to do is fill out the following form. Cancel Subscription Please note, we need 5 days to process your cancellation. Any cancellations made within the 5 day renewal date will be processed the following month.
7. How long will my cancellation request take?
Our cancellation process takes 5 days in total. Any cancellations made within the 5 day renewal date will be processed the following month.
